Semalam hari rajin nyah lemak..sekian lama tak exercise,sampai badan pun rasa lesu lembik semacam dah..
Dulu selalu cycling..semalam I guna treadmill and cycling jugak..baru nak start balik exercise mana mampu terlampau ekstrim..cukup lah slow walk ke power walk..distance 511m aja pun..tu pun rasa lambatnya nak cukup 1km..haha berangan..lagi sardis bila tgk calories burn cuma 30..padahal yg makan tadi beratus..but its ok for a start kan..slow2 dulu..
Pas guna treadmill..cycle jap dlm 10 mins..penattttt..tapi rasa best..
Balik umah makan 2 kali ganda dari selalu..huhu..typical me,kalo bersukan mmg camtu..yg penting terhapus segala kolestrol degil yg ada dlm badan ni..
